BLADE in Chromium – Molybdenum – Vanadium (X50CrMoV16).

Steel X50CrMoV15 is a type of martensitic stainless steel, ideal for cutting tools, offering a good balance of hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is composed mainly of chromium (15%), molybdenum (0.5%), and vanadium (0.1%), which enhance its properties.

Technical characteristics

Martensitic stainless steel with chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium.

Good corrosion resistance, thanks to the presence of chromium.

High hardness, with a typical hardness value that can reach 56–58 HRC after heat treatment, providing excellent wear resistance and the ability to maintain a sharp cutting edge.

  • Copolymer acetal (POM-C) is a high-performance thermoplastic polymer known for its excellent dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength.
  • It offers excellent resistance to chemical agents, particularly high-temperature alkaline solutions, and is physiologically inert, making it suitable for food-contact applications and use in contact with water.
